EWCH Announces New Patient and Visitor Entrance Process
Beginning Monday, October 12, Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital will implement a new patient and visitor entrance process. All patients, including emergency patients, and visitors must drive to the main entrance canopy of the hospital where they will be screened in their vehicles. After being approved to enter, they will receive an armband and be directed to their destination. This location will operate 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients and visitors who seek access to the hospital outside of these days and times must use the emergency room entrance
